MediHope 发货政策


1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

MediHope ships all parcels through Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery and full parcel tracking.
MediHope 所有包裹均通过 Australia Post 澳洲邮政 发货,确保配送可靠并可全程追踪。

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.
我们接受 邮政信箱(PO Box)和邮政柜 地址。

Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days after payment, excluding weekends and public holidays .
所有订单均在支付后 1–2 个工作日内 从悉尼发出(不含周末及公共假期 和缺货货物)。

If urgent delivery is required, customers may contact us prior to ordering.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to high parcel volume, extreme weather, or Australia Post operational delays.

2. Signature on Delivery

For security and to reduce parcel loss, MediHope may require Signature on Delivery.
为确保包裹安全与降低丢失风险,MediHope 可能要求 收件人签收

If the recipient is not present, Australia Post may:
若收件人不在现场,澳洲邮政可能会:

  • leave a collection card
  • redirect the parcel to a nearby post office for pick-up
  • 留取领取通知卡
  • 或将包裹转送到附近的邮局等待领取

MediHope is not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries or uncollected parcels.
因无人签收或延迟取件所产生的延误,MediHope 不承担责任。

If “Authority to Leave” is selected by the customer, the parcel will be left at the address without signature.
如客户自行选择 无需签收(Authority to Leave) 服务,包裹将由澳洲邮政直接放置在门口或指定地点,无需签名。

In this case, MediHope is not liable for parcel loss, theft, weather damage, or tampering after delivery.
在此情况下,若包裹出现 遗失、盗取、天气损坏或被人为拆封等问题,MediHope 概不负责。


3. International Shipping

MediHope provides international shipping via Australia Post International Standard.
MediHope 提供由 Australia Post 澳洲邮政国际标准服务 的国际寄送。

Shipping availability depends on destination regulations, especially for herbal products.
配送国家可能因不同国家的药材进口法规限制而有所不同。

Typical delivery time to major cities is around 10 business days, excluding customs clearance.
寄往主要城市约 10 个工作日(不含海关检查时间)。

Customs, duties, taxes or import requirements are fully the responsibility of the buyer.
所有海关税费、进口要求及相关政策由客户自行承担。

MediHope is not liable for customs refusal, confiscation, delays, surcharge, or rejection.
因海关 拒收、没收、延误、附加费用 或任何原因导致订单无法完成,MediHope 不承担责任。


4. Damaged Parcels, Missing Items & Returns

4. 包裹损坏、缺失及退换政策

We take great care in packaging. If your parcel is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
关于运输破损:若您收到的包裹在运输途中损坏,请在 收货后48小时内 联系我们。

You must provide the following:
您需提供:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged parcel
  2. Photos of damaged items
  3. Your order number
  4. 包裹外包装受损照片
  5. 产品受损照片
  6. 订单编号

If approved, MediHope will arrange:
审核通过后,MediHope 将安排:

  • replacement
  • OR refund
  • OR store credit
  • 重新补发
  • 或退款
  • 或兑换积分信用

Important:
We cannot process claims if:
注意:以下情况不受理:

  • damage occurred after delivery placement
  • the parcel was exposed to weather while left unattended
  • the customer selected “Authority to Leave”
  • 物品在投递后因环境等因素损坏
  • 包裹放置在室外受天气或人为影响
  • 客户自行选择 “无需签收(Authority to Leave)” 服务

Missing parcel

If a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post but not received, the customer must file an investigation with Australia Post.
若包裹被邮政标记为“已送达”但未收到,客户需向澳洲邮政自行发起调查。

MediHope will assist where possible, but cannot provide refund or replacement until Australia Post finalises investigation outcome.
MediHope 可提供协助,但在邮政调查结束前,不保证退款或补发。


5. Order Changes & Incorrect Address

5. 订单修改与地址错误

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
若客户提供错误收件地址导致包裹被退回,需自行承担重新邮寄费用。

MediHope is not responsible for delays or loss caused by inaccurate address information.
因地址错误导致的延误、退回或损毁,MediHope 不承担责任。
